Navajo Creation Collection

This is a very rare collection of Navajo rugs which feature all of the sandpaintings used in the story of the Creation of the Navajo world.  There are only about 4 or 5 other such collections to include all of the sandpaintings used in a Sing or Chant which is a Navajo ceremony.

These rugs were woven by Nora Joe from Teec Nos Pos, AZ in 2005.  They all vary in size some what but are all about 38" wide x 56" long except for the last rug in the series, Coyote Stealing Fire, which is 51" x 53"
